ABOUT

COLORING IN PLACE is a group of illustrators who came together in response to the Stay-at-Home in March of 2020, as a way to create structure, inspiration or quiet time.

Our continued goal is to bring inspiration through our coloring pages, but also to support the intense need of the moment. That’s why we donate all proceeds to organizations who are fighting crucial battles - Organizations that support essential workers and struggling businesses, fight systemic racism, tackle voter suppression and those that lift up POC, women, and LGBTQIA folks.

SUPPORTING AND LEARNING

50% of our profits from each Coloring in Place purchase will go to a different organization every month.

One goal of our Coloring in Place project is to help people find fulfilling ways to spend their time. As we’ve watched the devastation of the pandemic progress, we’ve also watched our world waking up in profound ways. We created Coloring in Place with the intention of not only bringing some inspiration to you, but also as a way to support the vast need of this moment. We are donating all proceeds from Coloring in Place to organizations who are fighting noble battles - Organizations that support essential workers and struggling businesses, fight systemic racism, tackle voter suppression and those that lift up POC, women, and LGBTQIA folks…  just to name a few. It goes without saying that the time we are living in is complex, so our desire to support is also paired with a desire to learn and to grow. We will announce a new organization at the beginning of each quarter, so please be sure to join our mailing list!

HOW IT WORKS

All the coloring sheets are downloadable links. To download, click and purchase, a link will be emailed to you. The link will be deactivated after 24 hours from your initial download. Color digitally, or print out and color the old fashioned way! Images are sized for standard 8.5” x 11” paper. If your printer is capable, print on thick card stock or watercolor paper and paint!

If you don’t have access to a printer we will have physical prints for sale soon.

We would love to see your creations! We will always repost your finished work on our social media pages if you tag us on instagram (see each artist’s social links in the “illustrator” section of our site). And don’t forget to use the hashtag #coloringinplace!
